Mr. Usman Nawid is a Brooklyn, New York based public accountant. He attained his degree in finance at Punjab University. He brings extensive experience in finance, community organizing, proposal development, partner management, NGO capacity building, multi-sector program implementation, fundraising, advocacy, interfaith dialogue, and institutional development, building a strong professional foundation over the years. Primarily, he is a guru of mobilizing the community, making especially sustainable institutions. Furthermore, he started his life as a youth activist in 1986 and within the years; he has acquired a lot of experience with both international and national social development organizations. His major competencies are designing and training finance, project management, and gender and governance. He has also established a solid professional base having worked in human rights, program development and program implementation. He proactively organizes, connects, oversees, assesses and mobilizes communities. Moreover, he also engaged in the restoration of the democratic process in the country, joining different movements, rallies, and hunger strikes. Through his work, he was able to visit Germany, U.K., Dubai, Sharjah, and the U.S.A. to take international courses and conferences
